The open access database will be accessible by the public for accessing the glossary, policy papers and other project related material. The database will be placed on the HSF owned server. There will also be a password-protected area on the database server that will serve as a specialist exchange platform for the experts from think tanks and scholars from academic institutions.

The regularly held online round tables and networking meetings will define and discuss the project idea and goal and will be held before and after each delegation visit. They will also prepare and follow-up the in-person-exchange meetings in China and the EU for the participants from think tanks and academic institutions. Additionally, it will cater to sustain the network and facilitate the agenda setting. These meetings provide a platform to discuss actual topics of the project and the related field of research. The moderation is carried out by the program manager or an HSF representative.
